ST. MARKS SUNSET CRUISE

Capt. James Hodges of St. Marks Charters will cruise with up to 6 passengers out past the historic St. Marks Lighthouse and into Apalachee Bay to a sandbar located about 2 miles offshore. You may see shorebirds, aquatic wildlife, and possibly a dolphin if you are lucky. Once the anchor is set, your salt therapy begins. Listen as the water gently laps against the boat or to the waves rolling across the sandbar. If the tide is low, you are welcome to get out and take a walk on the sandbar. Just relax. Watch the last rays of sun as they melt into the watery horizon along with any cares. The illumination of the lighthouse beacon signals the transition from dusk to dark and your return back to shore.
